【摘要】：目的探討中耳治療儀自動咽鼓管吹張加鼻腔沖洗聯(lián)合治療病程較長的兒童分泌性中耳炎(OME)的療效。方法選擇病程6~10周、年齡3~7歲的28例OME患兒,隨機(jī)分為治療組(17例34耳)及對照組(11例22耳),對照組予以糠酸莫米松噴鼻、口服沐舒坦糖漿及開瑞坦糖漿治療4周,治療組給予上述相同藥物治療的同時,以中耳治療儀自動咽鼓管吹張并給予高滲鹽水鼻腔沖洗治療,每天兩次,連續(xù)四周;兩組治療前后均進(jìn)行聲導(dǎo)抗、純音測聽、耳內(nèi)鏡檢查,比較兩組療效。結(jié)果治療組治愈19耳,好轉(zhuǎn)9耳,總有效率82.35%(28/34);對照組治愈5耳,好轉(zhuǎn)7耳,總有效率54.55%(12/22);前者高于后者,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中耳治療儀自動咽鼓管吹張與高滲鹽水鼻腔沖洗聯(lián)合治療病程較長的兒童OME患者療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the treatment of middle ear automatic eustachian tube and nasal lavage combined treatment duration of children with secretory otitis media (OME). Methods the effect of duration of 6~10 weeks, 28 children with OME aged 3~7 years, were randomly divided into treatment group (17 cases, 34 ears) and the control group (11 cases, 22 ears) the control group received mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment, oral ambroxol syrup and loratadine syrup for 4 weeks, the treatment group was given the same drug treatment at the same time, the middle ear eustachian tube and automatic treatment instrument given hypertonic saline nasal irrigation treatment, two times a day for 4 weeks; the two groups before and after treatment were tympanometry, pure tone audiometry, ear endoscopy, compare the efficacy of two groups. The treatment group cured 19 ears, 9 ears improved, the total efficiency of 82.35% (28/34); control group: 5 ears were cured, 7 were improved, the total efficiency of 54.55% (12/22); the former is higher than the latter, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) conclusion. The combination of automatic eustachian tube blowing and hypertonic saline nasal irrigation in the treatment of OME patients with longer course of disease is better.
