【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療方法治療慢性咽炎的療效。方法選取2015年1月~2015年12月我院收治的慢性咽炎患者84例作為研究對(duì)象,平均分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各42例。觀察組采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療,對(duì)照組采用西醫(yī)治療。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2周,觀察其治療療效。結(jié)果觀察組、對(duì)照組總有效率分別為92.86%、64.29%,兩組總有效率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。隨訪3個(gè)月,觀察組顯效患者無1例復(fù)發(fā),而對(duì)照組顯效患者27例中有13例復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率為48.15%。結(jié)論中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療可以根據(jù)患者的臨床辨證情況進(jìn)行各個(gè)擊破,有個(gè)性化的對(duì)癥治療,注重機(jī)體的陰陽氣血平衡的調(diào)整,治愈率高、復(fù)發(fā)率小,值得臨床推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the curative effect of treating chronic pharyngitis with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 84 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were divided into observation group and control group on average. 42 cases each. The observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and the control group was treated with western medicine. The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks to observe the curative effect. Results in the observation group, the total effective rate in the control group was 92.866.64.29, and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After 3 months follow-up, none of the patients in the observation group had recurred, while 13 of the 27 patients in the control group had recurred. The recurrence rate is 48.15.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can be broken according to the clinical syndrome differentiation of the patients, with individualized symptomatic treatment, pay attention to the adjustment of the balance of Yin and Yang qi and blood, the cure rate is high, and the recurrence rate is small. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
