14560例新生兒聽力篩查結果分析

【摘要】:目的分析14 560例新生兒聽力篩查結果。方法采用快速腦干誘發(fā)電位(AABR)對2014年7月-2016年6月在某院出生的48~72 h新生兒14 560例進行聽力篩查。初篩未通過者,于出生第30~42 d進行復篩;復篩仍未通過者,于3月齡進行聽力診斷性檢查。分析新生兒聽力初篩通過率、復篩通過率和聽力損失患病率,描述高危新生兒聽力損失的高危因素。結果 14 560例新生兒聽力初篩通過率為92.00%(13 395/14 560),復篩通過率為83.35%(971/1 165),聽力損失患病率為0.24%(35/14 560)。適齡產婦的新生兒聽力初篩、復篩的未通過率和聽力損失患病率低于高齡產婦(P0.01)。高危新生兒聽力初篩、復篩的未通過率和聽力損失患病率高于正常新生兒(P0.01)。新生兒聽力損傷的主要高危因素有:聽力障礙家族史、其母孕期使用耳毒性藥物、2種及以上高危因素,NICU住院≥5 d等。結論加強孕期管理,及時處理妊娠和分娩異常情況,加強對有聽力損失高危因素的新生兒早期診斷與干預,有利于降低少新生兒聽力損失患病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the results of hearing screening in 14 560 newborns. Methods 14 560 newborns born at 4872 hours from July 2014 to June 2016 were screened by rapid brainstem evoked potential (ABR). The screening was carried out at 30 ~ 42 days after birth, and the hearing diagnostic examination was performed at 3 months of age for those who had not passed the screening. The rate of primary screening, the rate of passing and the prevalence of hearing loss in newborns were analyzed. Results the primary screening pass rate of 14 560 newborns was 92.00 / 560, and the screening pass rate was 83.35 / 971 / 1 1650.The prevalence rate of hearing loss was 0.24% 35 / 14 560%. The rate of unpass and the prevalence of hearing loss in repeated screening were lower than those in elderly women (P 0.01).
