【摘要】：正食管紐扣電池異物是眾多食管異物中危害性最大的一類,性質(zhì)特殊,不及時(shí)處理可引起嚴(yán)重后果。我科2013-10-2015-10期間收治了18例食管紐扣電池異物患兒,現(xiàn)分析報(bào)告如下。1資料與方法18例食管紐扣電池異物患兒,男10例,女8例;年齡8個(gè)月~3歲11個(gè)月;嵌頓電池取出時(shí)間2~96h,平均19h。電池位于食管入口12例,毗鄰主動(dòng)脈弓4例,距門齒23cm 1例,胃內(nèi)1例。
[Abstract]:Positive esophageal button battery foreign body is the most harmful of many esophageal foreign bodies, which is special in nature and can cause serious consequences if not dealt with in time. During the period 2013-10-2015-10, 18 cases of esophageal button battery foreign bodies were admitted to our department. Methods 18 cases of esophageal button battery foreign body were analyzed and reported as follows: male 10 cases, female 8 cases, age 8 months 3 years 11 months, incarcerated battery 2 96 h, average 19 h. The battery was located at the esophageal entrance in 12 cases and adjacent to the aortic arch in 4 cases. One case was 23 cm away from the incisor teeth and one case was in the stomach.
