【摘要】：視網(wǎng)膜新生血管性疾病是一類嚴重的致盲性疾病,構(gòu)建與之相關(guān)的動物模型是進行該疾病機制研究的重要基礎(chǔ),有利于在臨床中更好地預防、診斷和治療。氧誘導視網(wǎng)膜病變小鼠模型是目前研究視網(wǎng)膜新生血管性疾病最常用的動物模型,此模型構(gòu)建過程與人類早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜新生血管病變的發(fā)生、發(fā)展極為相似,具有制作方法簡單、重復性好等優(yōu)點。本文重點闡述氧誘導視網(wǎng)膜病變小鼠模型的構(gòu)建方法及原理,模型相關(guān)細胞因子的作用,模型構(gòu)建的影響因素如動物品種、氧氣的百分含量、高氧對母鼠的影響、產(chǎn)后體質(zhì)量增加量、光照暴露等,并簡要介紹模型中常用的量化評估方法,為研究人員準確、有效地構(gòu)建和評估氧誘導視網(wǎng)膜病變小鼠模型提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Retinal neovascularization disease is a kind of serious blindness disease. The establishment of animal model is an important basis to study the mechanism of retinal neovascularization, which is beneficial to better prevention in clinic. The mouse model of oxygen-induced retinopathy is the most commonly used animal model to study retinal neovascularization disease. The process of this model is very similar to the occurrence of retinal neovasculopathy in human premature infants. This paper focuses on the construction method and principle of oxygen-induced retinopathy mouse model, the role of model related cytokines, the factors influencing model construction, such as animal breeds, and so on. The content of oxygen, the effect of hyperoxia on the female rats, the increase of postpartum body mass, the exposure to light, and so on. The quantitative evaluation methods commonly used in the model are briefly introduced, which are accurate for the researchers. To construct and evaluate the oxygen-induced retinopathy model in mice effectively.
