【摘要】：沙眼是一類(lèi)傳染性角結(jié)膜炎,主要感染源是沙眼衣原體,其是致傳染性盲目的重要影響因素。相對(duì)于歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,沙眼在其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家的發(fā)病率更高。世界衛(wèi)生組織為了做好沙眼的防治工作,建立了一套簡(jiǎn)化分級(jí)系統(tǒng)(TF、TI、TS、TT、CO)用于沙眼的辨認(rèn)以及命名。同時(shí)依據(jù)沙眼的臨床特征表現(xiàn),提出了"SAFE"戰(zhàn)略,本文從世界衛(wèi)生組織的"SAFE"戰(zhàn)略入手,著重分析了近年有關(guān)沙眼的防治方法。
[Abstract]:Trachoma is a class of infectious keratoconjunctivitis, the main source of infection is Chlamydia trachomatis, which is an important factor to cause infectious blindness. The incidence of trachoma is higher in other developing countries. In order to control trachoma, the World Health Organization (WHO) has established a simplified classification system, TFTITITTCO) for trachoma identification and nomenclature. At the same time, according to the clinical features of trachoma, The "SAFE" strategy was put forward, and the prevention and treatment methods of trachoma in recent years were emphatically analyzed from the "SAFE" strategy of the World Health Organization.
