【摘要】：目的綜合分析水平直肌移位術(shù)(transposition of horizontal rectus)在斜視(strabism)治療中的作用,為治療斜視患者提供科學(xué)的數(shù)據(jù)參考。方法在2014年10月至2016年10月,選取在我院收治的49例斜視患者臨床資料作為研究對(duì)象,所有患者均能采取水平直肌移位術(shù)治療方法。采用SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析49例斜視患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)果 1完成水平直肌移位術(shù)治療后,49例患者的眼球運(yùn)動(dòng)均未出現(xiàn)異常情況;2 49例患者中有20例共同性水平斜視伴有小角度垂直斜視但不伴有垂直直肌功能異常患者矯正上斜視(2~Δ~8~Δ)患者殘余上斜視(2~Δ~5~Δ);49例患者中有19例未合并斜肌功能異常的V型斜視患者矯正垂直非共同性(8~Δ~30~Δ);49例患者中有10例合并斜肌功能異常的A型斜視患者矯正垂直非共同性(8~Δ~25~Δ或者10~Δ~30~Δ);3 49例患者接受水平直肌移位術(shù)后,有48例非常滿(mǎn)意,1例不滿(mǎn)意,數(shù)據(jù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論水平直肌移位術(shù)在斜視患者的治療過(guò)程中應(yīng)用價(jià)值比較高,能夠有效矯正A~V型斜視患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the role of horizontal rectus transposition of horizontal in the treatment of strabism (strabism), and to provide a scientific data reference for the treatment of strabism. Methods from October 2014 to October 2016, The clinical data of 49 strabismus patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research object. All patients could be treated with horizontal rectus transposition. The clinical effect of 49 strabismus patients was statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. Results 1 after horizontal rectus transposition, 49 patients with strabismus were treated. There were 20 cases of concomitant horizontal strabismus with small angle vertical strabismus but no perpendicular rectus dysfunction. In 19 patients with V-type strabismus without oblique muscle dysfunction, 10 patients with type A strabismus with abnormal oblique muscle function were corrected by horizontal rectus muscle transposition. Among 49 patients, 10 patients with type A strabismus with oblique muscle dysfunction were treated with horizontal rectus transposition. Conclusion horizontal rectus transposition is of high value in the treatment of strabismus and can effectively correct the patients with AV strabismus.
