【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)回顧正常人群和青光眼患者中央角膜厚度與眼壓的研究資料,探討兩者之間的關聯(lián)與機制。方法:在MEDLINE數(shù)據庫和Science Direct數(shù)據庫搜索有關角膜中央厚度與眼壓關系的研究資料。另外在南方醫(yī)科大學外文科部搜索2004/2006"眼科年刊"期刊。搜索關鍵詞包括:角膜中央厚度、眼壓、青光眼、高眼壓癥、剝脫青光眼、壓平眼壓計、厚度測量法、原發(fā)性開角青光眼、Goldmann壓平眼壓計。應用以下排除標準:1)非英語文獻研究;2)在2005年以前的研究;3)案例性研究和案例點評性研究;4)與治療方案或外科手術技術有關的研究;5)將青光眼與其他疾病,如糖尿病、高血壓、心血管疾病來比,作為輔助變量;6)兒童作為研究對象的研究;7)動物作為研究對象的研究。結果:搜索產生了13項研究,包括12個觀察性研究和1個病例對照研究。與對照組相比,青光眼患者眼壓水平明顯升高(SMD:0.50,95%CI:0.30~0.70,Z=4.88,P0.001);青光眼組患者角膜中央厚度水平有明顯降低(SMD:-0.14,95%CI:-0.23~-0.05,Z=3.14,P=0.002)。Meta-回歸分析結果顯示年齡跟兩個組之間觀察到的CCT差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.025)。結論:與正常眼組相比,青光眼組患者表現(xiàn)為角膜中央厚度變薄和眼壓增高。
[Abstract]:Objective: To review the research data of the central corneal thickness and intraocular pressure in normal and glaucoma patients, and to explore the relationship and mechanism between them. Methods: to search the data about the relationship between the central corneal thickness and intraocular pressure in the MEDLINE database and the Science Direct database. In the Foreign Language Department of Southern Medical University 2004/2006 "annual ophthalmology journals. Search keywords include central corneal thickness, intraocular pressure, glaucoma, ocular hypertension, exfoliative glaucoma, applanation tonometer, thickness measurement, primary open-angle glaucoma and Goldmann applanation tonometer. The application of the following exclusion criteria: 1) non English literature research; 2) a previous study in 2005; 3) case study and case study research; 4) research related to treatment or surgery; 5) the glaucoma and other diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, as the auxiliary variable; 6) of children as the research object of study; 7) animal as the research object of study. Results: the search resulted in 13 studies, including 12 observational studies and 1 case-control studies. Compared with the control group, the intraocular pressure level of glaucoma patients increased significantly (SMD:0.50,95%CI:0.30~0.70, Z=4.88, P0.001), and the central corneal thickness of glaucoma group was significantly decreased (SMD:-0.14,95%CI:-0.23~-0.05, Z=3.14, P=0.002). The results of Meta- regression analysis showed that there was significant difference in the CCT difference between age and two groups (P=0.025). Conclusion: compared with the normal eye group, the patients in the glaucoma group showed the thinning of the central corneal thickness and the increase of the intraocular pressure.
