【摘要】：目的探析青光眼濾過性手術(shù)圍手術(shù)期眼壓與療效的關(guān)系。方法隨機(jī)選取該院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的青光眼患者需手術(shù)的60只眼,術(shù)前已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了藥物降眼壓治療,根據(jù)圍手術(shù)期眼壓高低及前房深淺情況分為A組和B組,各為30只眼,比較兩組術(shù)前術(shù)后眼壓變化及臨床效果。結(jié)果 A組術(shù)后眼壓(14.5±2.2)mm Hg,視力(0.3±0.2),周邊前房深度1/3CT~2/3CT,B組術(shù)后眼壓(18.4±3.1)mm Hg,視力(0.2±0.1),周邊前房深度1/4CT~2/3CT mm,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;A組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率3.33%與B組20.0%比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論臨床上對于青光眼的治療最為常見手術(shù)方式為濾過性手術(shù),而其手術(shù)效果具有可控性,在圍術(shù)期控制好眼壓,可提高治療效果,提高預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between intraoperative intraoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) and curative effect in glaucoma filtering surgery. 60 eyes of patients with glaucoma surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 the method of randomly selected, before surgery has been carried out according to the drug intraocular intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth during perioperative period were divided into A group and B group, each of 30 eyes, intraocular pressure and clinical effects were compared between the two groups before and after surgery. Results in A group, the postoperative intraocular pressure (14.5 + 2.2) mm Hg (0.3 + 0.2), visual acuity, peripheral anterior chamber depth 1/3CT~2/3CT, B group of postoperative intraocular pressure (18.4 + 3.1) mm Hg (0.2 + 0.1), visual acuity, peripheral anterior chamber depth 1/4CT~2/3CT mm, there was significant difference between two groups, P0.05; difference comparison of rates of 3.33% and 20% in group B group A complications had statistical significance, P0.05. Conclusion the most common treatment for glaucoma is filtration surgery. The operation effect is controllable. Perioperative intraocular pressure control can improve the therapeutic effect and prognosis.
