【摘要】：目的了解學(xué)齡前兒童過敏性結(jié)膜炎的臨床癥狀特點。方法回顧性分析2014年1月-2015年6月于北京兒童醫(yī)院眼科就診的過敏性結(jié)膜炎患兒的臨床表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果在所有169例學(xué)齡前過敏性結(jié)膜炎患兒中,年齡最小5個月,最大6歲。季節(jié)性及常年性過敏性結(jié)膜炎是最常見的類型。揉眼(85.2%)、眼癢(69.8%)、眨眼(69.2%)、畏光(42%)、眼痛(33.7%)、流淚(20.7%)是最常見的臨床癥狀。臨床體征主要表現(xiàn)為結(jié)膜充血(91.1%)、視盤增生(29.6%)、結(jié)膜水腫(12.4%)、濾泡增生(14.8%)、分泌物增多(26.7%),角膜癥狀(1.8%)少見。過敏性鼻炎(60.9%)、濕疹(36.1%)、哮喘(3.6%)、倒睫(16.7%)、淚道阻塞(8.9%)、干眼癥(54.4%)是最常見的眼部及全身并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論學(xué)齡前兒童過敏性結(jié)膜炎臨床癥狀與成人過敏性結(jié)膜炎略有不同,病史、眼部刺激癥狀、揉眼等癥狀具有重要的診斷價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the clinical symptoms of anaphylactic conjunctivitis in preschool children. Methods the clinical manifestations of allergic conjunctivitis in the Department of Ophthalmology of Beijing Children's Hospital in January 2014, -2015, in June, were analyzed retrospectively. Results in all 169 children with anaphylactic conjunctivitis before school age, the minimum age was 5 months and the maximum was 6 years. Seasonal and perennial hypersensitivity conjunctivitis are the most common types. Rouyan (85.2%), (69.8%) the blink of an eye, eye itching, photophobia (69.2%) (42%) (33.7%), eye pain, tears (20.7%) is the most common clinical symptoms. The clinical signs were mainly conjunctival congestion (91.1%), optic disc hyperplasia (29.6%), conjunctival edema (12.4%), follicular hyperplasia (14.8%), increased secretion (26.7%), and corneal symptoms (1.8%) were rare. Allergic rhinitis, eczema (60.9%) (36.1%), asthma (3.6%), trichiasis, lacrimal duct obstruction (16.7%) (8.9%), dry eye (54.4%) is the most common ocular and systemic complications. Conclusion the clinical symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis in preschool children are slightly different from those of adult allergic conjunctivitis. History, eye irritation and rubbing are important diagnostic values.
