文章摘要：目的探討多學(xué)科協(xié)作的快速康復(fù)外科模式在結(jié)直腸腫瘤患者圍手術(shù)期中的應(yīng)用效果。方法通過建立胃腸外科快速康復(fù)項(xiàng)目小組和多學(xué)科專家團(tuán)隊(duì)，舉辦快速康復(fù)外科循證課程、召開多學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)“圓桌會(huì)議”，并以循證指南為指引，為結(jié)直腸腫瘤手術(shù)患者提供快速康復(fù)外科圍手術(shù)期照護(hù)。結(jié)果術(shù)前禁食禁水、術(shù)后進(jìn)食和下床活動(dòng)時(shí)間縮短（P〈0．01），，鼻胃管、腹腔引流管留置率降低，鼻胃管、腹腔引流管、尿管留置時(shí)間縮短，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率降低，住院時(shí)間縮短（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。結(jié)論多學(xué)科協(xié)作的快速康復(fù)外科圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理可以有效加速患者康復(fù)進(jìn)程，具有安全性和有效性。

Abstr：Objective To evaluate the effects of fast recovery surgery with multidiscipline cooperation in perioperative care of colorectal tumor. Methods Perioperative care for colorectal tumor patients during fast recovery surgery was put forward through establishing gastrointestinal surgery fast recovery team and muhidiscipline expert team, holding fast recovery surgery evidence- based class and ＂round- table conference＂ of multidiscipline team, and based on evidence - based guidelines. Results The time of fasting before surgery, diet time and leaving bed time after surgery were all reduced （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The retention rate and time of nasogastic tube and abdominal drainage tube and retention time of indwelling catheter were all decreased, the incidence rate of complications after surgery and length of stay were decreased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Perioperative care for fast recovery surgery with multidiscipline cooperation can speed up patient recovery with safety and efficiency.
