本研究考察了人參皂苷C-K（C-K）在體內(nèi)外銀屑病模型中的作用。在體外,檢測了C-K在人永生化表皮細(xì)胞（HaCaT細(xì)胞）中的作用,以及在雞胚絨毛尿囊膜（CAM）中對(duì)血管生成的作用。在體內(nèi)采用4種銀屑病模型,包括:己烯雌酚處理的小鼠陰道上皮細(xì)胞模型、鼠尾顆粒細(xì)胞層形成模型、普萘洛爾誘導(dǎo)的豚鼠耳皮膚以及咪喹莫特誘導(dǎo)的BALB/c小鼠背部皮膚中的銀屑病樣特征模型。結(jié)果顯示,C-K在體外可降低HaCaT細(xì)胞活力,抑制CAM血管生成。在體內(nèi),C-K改善了小鼠和豚鼠銀屑病模型中的銀屑病樣組織學(xué)特征。C-K還可顯著抑制小鼠陰道上皮細(xì)胞的有絲分裂,促進(jìn)小鼠尾部鱗狀上皮顆粒層的形成,降低普萘洛爾處理的豚鼠耳背側(cè)角質(zhì)層厚度;抑制了咪喹莫特誘導(dǎo)的BALB/c小鼠背部皮膚銀屑病中皮膚增厚、水腫和炎性細(xì)胞浸潤以及炎性因子的表達(dá)。據(jù)此可得出結(jié)論,C-K可以有效抑制銀屑病動(dòng)物模型,在臨床研究中其對(duì)銀屑病的治療作用將得到進(jìn)一步的探索應(yīng)用。
