It is easy to made a little second damnification because of dissection lowly and discovering difficultly in the pelvic operation For instance: （1） To tear sacral the venosus plexus that is not easy to hamostasia （2） To cut the presacral nerves that will damage bladder and sexual function. Now we only have a little information about the morphological sacral venosus and a lot of that about the autonomic nerve-sparing. That will be benefical to the surgeon.
