漢族和藏族嬰兒腸道微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)和多樣性分析(英文)

為了解民族因素對(duì)嬰兒的影響,對(duì)中國(guó)漢族和藏族母乳喂養(yǎng)的健康嬰兒糞便微生物菌群進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)16SrRNA高通量測(cè)序技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組糞便微生物的組成存在差異。在門水平上,漢族嬰兒的放線菌門相對(duì)豐度較高,而藏族則以厚壁菌門為主,且兩組間的厚壁菌門差異顯著(P<0.05);赨niFrac的非加權(quán)和加權(quán)的主坐標(biāo)分析表明漢族和藏族嬰兒腸道微生物群結(jié)構(gòu)有顯著性差異。此外,偏最小二乘判別分析顯示兩組間微生物明顯分離。研究表明,腸道微生物群可以在不同民族的嬰兒之間進(jìn)行區(qū)別,從而擴(kuò)展人類及其共生腸道微生物群共同進(jìn)化的認(rèn)識(shí)。
