It is time to apply the ecological viewpoints as a guide in the livestock production regarding research work and oxtension. The animal should not be separated from the environment because they are intimately connected with ecology. Through careful analyses, we found that environmental conditions are so closely linked with the development of the pig, especially the breed character, the living habit, the environment requirement and the conditioned ability of the breed, etc must be well considered. It is with these prerequisites thor we aie capable to propose good acclimatization and improvent measures for the pig industry. Judging from the data analyzed, the characteristics of the breed and the developing growthconditions of the Fujian small local pig, the author emphasized the fact that the ecological development is very essential for the formation of the breed. In order to meet the pig production industry, it is necessary to keep in mind always the ecological environmental factors. Furthermore, some suggestions are also given along the line of imprering and breeding in this type of small pigs.

A lateral anastomosis of the descending portion of the duodenum (X-Y pattern) in addition to the traditional Rour-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy in treatment of primary bile duct stones is reported. Controlled study on 19 small pig models revealed that: the intradefunctionalized j-loop pressure was decreased, a free flow of bile into the duodenum was thus possible tq prevent postoperative gastric acid hypersecretion, and diversion of the duodenal content into the distal defunctionalized j-loop would prevent...

Controlled study on 19 small pig models revealed that: the intradefunctionalized j-loop pressure was decreased, a free flow of bile into the duodenum was thus possible tq prevent postoperative gastric acid hypersecretion, and diversion of the duodenal content into the distal defunctionalized j-loop would prevent entero-biliary reflux. (P < 0.05) Thirty patients suffering from primary bile duct stone were performed on this operation. Postoperative gastric acid secretion didn't increase (P>0.05) . Intraductal pressure remained in the normal range of 1530±470 Pa. Barium meal X-ray examinations did not demonstrate any reflux into the biliary tract, and trans-T tube cholangiograms showed a rapid diversion of a large amount of the contrast into the duodenum. After follow-up of 3-36 months, 96% of the patients was in good condition. This new operation is more com-patible with digestive physiology and recommendable in clinical practice.

目的：觀察中國(guó)人陣發(fā)性睡眠性血紅蛋白尿癥（ＰＮＨ）的ＰＩＧ－Ａ基因突變，以與其他國(guó)家的突變類型比較。方法：應(yīng)用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄－多聚酶鏈反應(yīng)、異源雙鏈分析／單鏈構(gòu)象分析互補(bǔ)篩選異常片段，克隆，測(cè)序，針對(duì)ＰＩＧ－ＡｃＤＮＡ全長(zhǎng)設(shè)計(jì)７個(gè)區(qū)域進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：４例ＰＮＨ患者均有ＰＩＧ－Ａ基因突變，皆在第２外顯子，共確定了５個(gè)突變位點(diǎn)，包括４個(gè)單堿基突變（１個(gè)同義突變，３個(gè)錯(cuò)義突變）和１個(gè)移碼突變（為１個(gè)堿基丟失）。５個(gè)突變位點(diǎn)各不相同，散布于基因的不同區(qū)域，顯示突變位點(diǎn)有隨意性，，無突變熱點(diǎn)。結(jié)論：中國(guó)ＰＮＨ患者的ＰＩＧ－Ａ基因突變均為小突變，無兩個(gè)以上堿基置換或丟失。此發(fā)現(xiàn)與日本人相近，而與歐美、泰國(guó)人有一定差異，提示ＰＮＨ在不同地區(qū)可能有不同的致突變?cè)?/p>
