【摘要】：目的:比較烏蛇驅(qū)風(fēng)湯及諸加減方對豚鼠慢性濕疹的療效。方法:健康豚鼠58只,隨機(jī)抽取8只,雌雄各半,作為正常組,將其余的50只豚鼠參照進(jìn)行造模,背部剃毛,小劑量2,4-二硝基氯苯為抗原,多次刺激豚鼠皮膚制備慢性濕疹模型,將造模成功的48只豚鼠分雌雄隨機(jī)分為6組,分別為1號方組(烏蛇驅(qū)風(fēng)湯原方,8.05 g·kg-1),2號方組(7.22 g·kg-1),3號方組11.75 g·kg-1,4號方組(12.86 g·kg-1),丁酸氫化可的松乳膏組(0.5 g·kg-1)、模型組,口服ig給藥,連續(xù)給藥7 d,末次用藥后24 h,處死所有實(shí)驗動物,根據(jù)皮損局部的癥狀評分和皮損處的病理改變進(jìn)行療效評估。結(jié)果:與正常組比較,模型組病理癥狀評分明顯升高(P0.05),模型組皮損處的病理表現(xiàn)仍呈現(xiàn)表皮和真皮水腫,表皮層增厚,以棘層細(xì)胞增生為主,真皮淺層血管輕度擴(kuò)張,周圍有以淋巴細(xì)胞為主的炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤;與模型組比較,1號方組,2號方組,3號方組,4號方組及丁酸氫化可的松乳膏組病理癥狀評分明顯降低(P0.05),烏蛇驅(qū)風(fēng)湯組及丁酸氫化可的松乳膏組皮損組織病理改變較模型組明顯改善,與氫化可的松組病理表現(xiàn)相似;各烏蛇驅(qū)風(fēng)湯加減方組組織病理表現(xiàn)較模型組改善不明顯。結(jié)論:烏蛇驅(qū)風(fēng)湯對豚鼠慢性濕疹的療效優(yōu)于諸加減方,與丁酸氫化可的松乳膏組療效相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the therapeutic effect of Wuhe Qifeng decoction and Zhujijianfang on chronic eczema in guinea pigs. Methods: 58 healthy guinea pigs were randomly selected as normal control group. The remaining 50 guinea pigs were treated with back shaving with a low dose of 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene as antigen. 48 guinea pigs with chronic eczema were randomly divided into 6 groups: group 1 (the original recipe of Wuhe Qufeng decoction, 8.05 g kg-1), and the other 48 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 6 groups: group 1 (the original recipe of Wuhe Qufeng decoction, 8.05 g / min). Group 2 (7.22 g kg-1), group 3 (11.75 g kg-1,4) (12.86 g kg-1), hydrocortisone butyrate cream group (0.5 g kg-1), model group, oral administration of ig. After 7 days of continuous administration and 24 hours after the last administration, all the animals were killed and evaluated according to the local symptom score and pathological changes of the lesions. Results: compared with the normal group, the scores of pathological symptoms in the model group were significantly higher (P0.05). The pathological manifestations of the skin lesions in the model group still showed epidermis and dermis edema, the thickness of the epidermis layer was thickened, and the proliferation of spinous layer cells was the main factor. The superficial dermal vessels were slightly dilated with lymphocyte-dominated inflammatory cells infiltrating around them. Compared with the model group, the scores of pathological symptoms in group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and hydrocortisone butyrate were significantly lower than those in group 1, group 2, group 3, group 4 and hydrocortisone butyrate cream group (P0.05). Compared with the model group, the pathological changes of the skin lesions in the two groups were significantly improved, which were similar to those in the hydrocortisone group. The pathological changes of the two groups were similar to those of the hydrocortisone group. Compared with the model group, the histopathological manifestation of Guowu snake-dispelling decoction group was not significantly improved. Conclusion: the curative effect of Wuhe Qifeng decoction on chronic eczema of guinea pig is better than that of Zhijianfang, which is similar to that of hydrocortisone butyrate cream group.
