    前言：蛋白質(zhì)指紋圖譜技術(shù)是近五年發(fā)展起來的實驗室診斷新技術(shù),它具有操作較簡便、多樣本檢測、檢測快速、靈敏性和特異性高等優(yōu)點,是實驗室診斷技術(shù)革命性的進展。蛋白質(zhì)指紋圖譜技術(shù)在醫(yī)學領(lǐng)域中,主要用于多種疾病,如腫瘤的早期檢測,對腫瘤早期檢測的敏感性和特異性均在80%左右。以蛋白質(zhì)指紋圖譜技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的免疫組質(zhì)譜檢測是在一個抗體組上同時捕獲多個生物標志,并對捕獲的變異或修飾的生物標志進行質(zhì)譜精確分析。蛋白質(zhì)指紋圖譜技術(shù)及免疫組質(zhì)譜檢測技術(shù)特別對評估傳統(tǒng)腫瘤標記物陰性的惡性腫瘤有意義。而且具有在分子或基因水平早期診斷的特點。蛋白質(zhì)指紋圖譜技術(shù)是一項發(fā)展前景非常好的診斷技術(shù),具有廣闊的臨床應(yīng)用前景。
