目的：本對119例經(jīng)顯微手術(shù)治療的聽神經(jīng)瘤（VS）患者進(jìn)行回顧性分析及術(shù)后隨訪,評估面神經(jīng)F波各項電生理參數(shù)與面神經(jīng)功能障礙的關(guān)系,同時一并分析面神經(jīng)功能與腫瘤大小,內(nèi)聽道直徑（IAM）,術(shù)后局部出血以及術(shù)前、術(shù)中、術(shù)后面神經(jīng)F波參數(shù)的關(guān)系。方法資料：對中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)院顱底外科中心自2011年7月至2012年10月間由袁賢瑞教授主刀的119例聽神經(jīng)瘤病例進(jìn)行回顧分析,所有病例均經(jīng)枕下乙狀竇后內(nèi)聽道入路切除腫瘤。所有患者術(shù)前均完善顱底HRCT及顱腦平掃增強(qiáng)MRI檢查,并在術(shù)前,術(shù)中及術(shù)后進(jìn)行面神經(jīng)F波電生理評測。術(shù)中詳細(xì)記錄了聽神經(jīng)瘤的大小和類型以及腫瘤與面神經(jīng)的關(guān)系。多數(shù)患者接受手術(shù)治療后存在面神經(jīng)功能障礙。以House-Brackmann （HB）面神經(jīng)功能分級作為面神經(jīng)功能評價指標(biāo)。對所有病例術(shù)后過15天,3個月,6個月,9個月和1年的時段定期進(jìn)行隨訪,觀察腫瘤是否復(fù)發(fā),術(shù)后面神經(jīng)癱瘓程度及面部F波的評估。結(jié)果119例患者中,1例屬于復(fù)發(fā)再次手術(shù)病例,術(shù)前HB分級為Ⅳ級。而且該患者術(shù)前、術(shù)中F波檢測沒有波形,因此排除,118例納入統(tǒng)計分析。在這118例患者中,2（1.69%）例屬于...
