microRNA調(diào)控小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞激活極化的研究進(jìn)展

微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一類長(zhǎng)約22個(gè)核苷酸的內(nèi)源性非編碼RNA,參與調(diào)控細(xì)胞增殖、分化、代謝、凋亡的各個(gè)方面。小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的固有免疫細(xì)胞,參與介導(dǎo)免疫炎癥反應(yīng),在眾多神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及康復(fù)過(guò)程中扮演重要角色。激活的小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞能夠極化為M1和M2兩種類型。M1型主要促進(jìn)炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,M2型則具有抗炎和促進(jìn)神經(jīng)修復(fù)的功能。近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),miRNA可以調(diào)控小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的激活極化過(guò)程,影響多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的進(jìn)程。該文對(duì)miRNA的生物學(xué)作用及對(duì)小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞激活極化的調(diào)控進(jìn)行綜述。
