眼肌型和全身型重癥肌無力患者外周血Tfh細(xì)胞及相關(guān)分子表達(dá)研究

目的:闡述Tfh細(xì)胞及相關(guān)分子在重癥肌無力發(fā)病中的作用。通過分析Tfh細(xì)胞及相關(guān)分子在眼肌型和全身型重癥肌無力患者外周血的表達(dá)差異,闡明眼肌型和全身型重癥肌無力患者外周發(fā)生了不同的體液免疫反應(yīng);在描述重癥肌無力患者癥狀嚴(yán)重程度方面,比較絕對評分和QMG評分的優(yōu)劣性。方法:運用抗體標(biāo)記Tfh細(xì)胞相關(guān)分子CXCR5、ICOS、Bcl-6及CXCL13,應(yīng)用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測、分析這些分子在非重癥肌無力、眼肌型和全身型重癥肌無力患者外周血的表達(dá);對病情做QMG評分和絕對評分,分析其與CXCL13表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:在眼肌型、全身型重癥肌無力患者外周血中,CXCR5、ICOS和Bcl-6分子在CD4+T細(xì)胞的表達(dá)增高,其中CXCR5、Bcl-6分子表達(dá)在3組之間的差異存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;隨MG病情發(fā)展,外周血CXCL13的表達(dá)上調(diào),CXCL13與QMG評分和絕對評分相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.669和0.797。結(jié)論:Tfh細(xì)胞及相關(guān)分子CXCR5、Bcl-6、CXCL13的表達(dá)參與了MG的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程;Tfh細(xì)胞及相關(guān)分子在全身型重癥肌無力患者外周血的表達(dá)高于眼肌型重癥肌無力,這是全身型重癥肌無力患者臨床癥...
