生物鐘基因多態(tài)性與帕金森病及其伴發(fā)的抑郁和睡眠障礙的關(guān)聯(lián)研究

目的生物鐘系統(tǒng)的功能紊亂參與了抑郁癥和睡眠障礙的發(fā)病。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),生物鐘相關(guān)基因Cry1rs2287161、Cry2rs10838524和Tef rs738499的單核苷酸多態(tài)性(Single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)與抑郁癥的易感性相關(guān),而Tef rs738499與睡眠障礙患者的不寧腿綜合征和慢波睡眠相關(guān)。本研究通過檢測這三個(gè)SNP在原發(fā)性抑郁癥(Major depression disorder,MDD)組、帕金森。≒arkinson’sdisease, PD)組、PD伴抑郁(Depression in PD,dPD)組、PD非抑郁(Non-dPD,n-dPD)組和健康對照組間的分布,驗(yàn)證其與MDD易感性的關(guān)系,初步探討其與PD易感性的關(guān)系,探討這三個(gè)SNPs與dPD易感性的關(guān)系及dPD的危險(xiǎn)因素,并通過分析這三個(gè)SNPs與PD睡眠量表(PD sleep scale,PDSS)評分的關(guān)系,探討其與PD伴睡眠障礙的關(guān)系及PD睡眠質(zhì)量的影響因素。方法PD患者408例,男性251例,女性157例,年齡32-85歲,平均年齡(65.3±10.2)歲;MD...
