Notch細胞信號通路在神經(jīng)干細胞增殖分化中的作用
[Abstract]:Positive Notch is a typical signaling pathway for communication between adjacent cells. It plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and cell cycle. The proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells(NSCs)are influenced by many factors. This paper mainly reviews the Notch signal pathway and its effect on the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs. Notch cell signaling pathway consists of Notch receptor, ligand(DSL), CSL.
