幕上中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)胚胎源性腫瘤NOS型的MRI分析

【摘要】:目的分析探討中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)胚胎源性腫瘤,NOS(CNS embryonal tumour,not otherwise specified)的MRI影像特點,以提高對本病的認識。方法回顧性分析14例經(jīng)手術(shù)及病理證實的幕上中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)胚胎源性腫瘤,NOS型的MRI及臨床、病理資料并復習文獻。結(jié)果所有病例均為單發(fā),8例累及兩個以上的腦葉;9例直徑大于5 cm,平均直徑5.4 cm;灶周水腫表現(xiàn)為較輕(5/14),甚至無(5/14);病灶呈囊實性多見(12/14);5例可見到多囊結(jié)構(gòu),形成所謂"腸襻"狀改變;在T_1WI(10/14)、T_2WI(11/14)圖像上信號混雜,流空(5/14)與出血(6/14)信號較常見;增強后呈花環(huán)狀或結(jié)節(jié)中重度強化(13/14)。結(jié)論幕上中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)胚胎源性腫瘤NOS臨床、病理及影像學特點可參照CNS PNET的臨床、病理及影像學特點,MRI表現(xiàn)具有體積大、信號混雜等特點,有助于其診斷與鑒別。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the MRI features of embryonic-derived tumor and NOS (CNS) embryonic-derived tumor (NOS) in central nervous system (CNS), in order to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods 14 cases of central nervous system embryonic-derived tumors, NOS-type MRI and clinical, pathological data and literature review were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were single-shot,8 cases involving more than two lobes,9 cases with a diameter of more than 5 cm and an average diameter of 5.4cm, and the edema in the range was less than 5/14, and even none (5/14); the focus was more and more solid (12/14);5 could see the polycystic structure. The so-called "enteromorpha"-like changes were formed; in the images of T _ 1WI (10/14), T _ 2WI (11/14), the signal was mixed, and the signal was more common than that of the hemorrhage (6/14); after the enhancement, the signal was more or more severe (13/14). Conclusion The clinical, pathological and imaging features of the NOS in the central nervous system of the supratentorial central nervous system can be referred to the clinical, pathological and imaging characteristics of the CNS PNET, and the MRI features have the characteristics of large volume, high signal and the like, and can be used for the diagnosis and identification of the central nervous system.
