【摘要】：針對(duì)顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤的發(fā)病特征,血管內(nèi)介入術(shù)的治療效果及相應(yīng)并發(fā)癥,討論其安全性及有效性�；仡櫜⒎治瞿先A大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院在2013年1月至2016年9月期間治療的71例后循環(huán)顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤患者臨床數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)資料,其中包括糖尿病史、高血壓病史、飲酒史、吸煙史等既往史;性別、年齡、民族;頭痛、惡心、頭暈、意識(shí)障礙、嘔吐等臨床癥狀;入院檢查Hunt-Hess等級(jí),改良的Fisher等級(jí)、動(dòng)脈瘤數(shù)目、動(dòng)脈瘤部位、動(dòng)脈瘤形態(tài)、入、出院的mRS預(yù)后評(píng)估等級(jí)、造影復(fù)查及手術(shù)后動(dòng)脈瘤栓塞的程度Raymond等級(jí)等,對(duì)以上相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行相應(yīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),出院時(shí)mRS評(píng)分值在0~2分之間的患者占總數(shù)的87.4%,入/出院時(shí)mRS的評(píng)分值存在明顯差異(χ~2=12.06;p=0.001);后循環(huán)顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤的治療過程中栓塞術(shù)具有有效性(χ~2=8.15;p=0.017)。顱內(nèi)后循環(huán)能達(dá)到完全栓塞效果,能有效的降低術(shù)后再次出血及復(fù)發(fā)率,因此血管內(nèi)治療顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤是一種相對(duì)安全又有療效的治療手段。與介入并發(fā)癥相關(guān)的因素包括術(shù)中藥物的選擇、術(shù)中血壓血、管內(nèi)操作時(shí)間以及腦組織缺血時(shí)間等。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of intracranial aneurysm, the therapeutic effect of intravascular intervention and the corresponding complications, the safety and effectiveness of intracranial aneurysm were discussed.
