【摘要】：目的觀察雞尾酒療法治療帕金森病癡呆(PDD)的療效和安全性。方法 60例PDD患者隨機分為治療組(30例)和對照組(30例)。對照組口服多奈哌齊10 mg、1次/d。治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用丁苯酞0.2 g口服,3次/d;奧拉西坦0.8 g口服,3次/d;銀杏葉片2片口服,3次/d,療程6個月。分別于治療前和治療3、6個月時,采用蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評估量表(Mo CA)、Blessed-Roth癡呆量表、癡呆嚴(yán)重程度臨床評定量表(WMS)評分評定,并監(jiān)測不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療組和對照組治療前Mo CA評分、Blessed-Roth評分及WMS評分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。治療組和對照組治療6個月時Mo CA評分、WMS評分均顯著高于治療前及治療3個月,Blessed-Roth評分顯著低于于治療前及治療3個月(P0.05~0.01)。與對照組比較,治療組治療6個月時Mo CA評分、WMS評分顯著升高,Blessed-Roth評分顯著降低(P0.05~0.01)。治療組(16.67%)和對照組(13.33%)治療后肝功能異常率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論雞尾酒療法治療PDD療效優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)療法,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of cocktail therapy in the treatment of Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD). Methods 60 patients with PDD were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with donepezil 10 mg,1 / d. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with butylphthalide 0.2 g, 3 times / d, oxetam 0.8 g, 3 times / d, and ginkgo biloba leaves 2 tablets, 3 times / d, the course of treatment was 6 months.
