【摘要】：正帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一種常見的慢性神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)退行性病變。臨床上以靜止性震顫、運(yùn)動遲緩、肌強(qiáng)直和姿勢步態(tài)障礙等運(yùn)動癥狀為主要表現(xiàn)~([1])。主要病理改變是中腦黑質(zhì)紋狀體神經(jīng)元退化、黑質(zhì)致密部的多巴胺能神經(jīng)元缺失和死亡以及殘存的神經(jīng)元胞質(zhì)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)嗜酸性包涵體,即路易小體~([2,3])。PD發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不明確,遺傳、環(huán)境、老齡、氧化應(yīng)激等均可能參與PD多巴胺能神經(jīng)元的變性死
[Abstract]:Normal Parkinson's disease (Parkinson's disease,PD) is a common chronic neurodegenerative disease. The main motor symptoms such as quiescent tremor, motor retardation, muscular rigidity and postural gait disorder were the main manifestations of ~ ([1]). The main pathological changes were the degeneration of the striatal neurons in the substantia nigra, the loss and death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra dense part, and the appearance of eosinophil inclusion bodies in the remaining cytoplasm of the neurons. The pathogenesis of PD is not clear. Heredity, environment, aging, oxidative stress and so on may be involved in the degeneration and death of dopaminergic neurons in PD.
