【摘要】：目的通過(guò)回顧性分析總結(jié)門診頭痛患者的主要分類及臨床特征。方法選取2017年8月～2018年8月我院門診收治的320例頭痛患者為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)其人口學(xué)特征與臨床診治資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析后總結(jié)患者的分類及臨床特征。結(jié)果本組患者中繼發(fā)性頭痛142例(44.4%)、偏頭痛55例(17.2%)、精神障礙性頭痛49例(15.3%)、緊張型頭痛40例(12.5%)、神經(jīng)痛17例(5.3%)、叢集性頭痛8例(2.5%)、不明原因頭痛6例(1.9%)、其他原發(fā)性頭痛3例(0.9%)。女性患者明顯多于男性,偏頭痛、緊張型頭痛與精神障礙性頭痛患者的年齡均明顯低于其他類型患者年齡,繼發(fā)性頭痛患者年齡明顯高于其他類型患者年齡,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其職業(yè)分布由高至低依次為職員、農(nóng)民、管理、教師、學(xué)生與工人。結(jié)論門診頭痛患者病因分類較復(fù)雜,患者的年齡與性別同其病因分類有相關(guān)性,根據(jù)患者綜合資料進(jìn)行臨床診治更有助于提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the main classification and clinical features of out-patient headache by retrospective analysis. Methods from August 2017 to August 2018, 320 patients with headache were investigated. The demographic characteristics and clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the classification and clinical characteristics of the patients were summarized. Results there were 142 cases of secondary headache (44.4%), 55 cases of migraine (17.2%), 49 cases of mental disorder headache (15.3%), 40 cases of tension headache (12.5%) and 17 cases of neuralgia (5.3%). Cluster headache was found in 8 cases (2.5%), unexplained headache in 6 cases (1.9%) and other primary headache in 3 cases (0.9%). The age of female patients with migraine, tension headache and mental disorder headache was significantly lower than that of other types of patients, and the age of secondary headache patients was significantly higher than that of other types of patients, and the age of patients with secondary headache was significantly higher than that of other types of patients. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the occupational distribution from high to low was staff, farmers, management, teachers, students and workers. Conclusion the etiological classification of out-patient headache patients is complicated, the age and sex of the patients are related to the etiological classification of the patients, the clinical diagnosis and treatment based on the comprehensive data of the patients is helpful to improve the curative effect.
