【摘要】：目的研究分析松果體區(qū)腫瘤的治療策略,分析其治療效果。方法選取我院收治的58例松果體區(qū)腫瘤患者作為主要的研究對象,回顧分析臨床資料以及相應的治療體會,對患者進行隨機分組,一組患者29例。結(jié)果全部切除的患者有24例,占80.00%,次全切患者有5例,占16.70%,部分切除的患者有1例,占3.30%。在完成手術(shù)之后13例患者為短期尿崩、9例患者為低納、3例患者為逆行性遺忘、1例患者為硬膜下積液、1例患者為顱內(nèi)感染、1例患者為泌尿道感染、1例患者為消化道出血、4例患者為梗阻性腦積水、2例患者為硬膜外血腫。癲癰發(fā)作1例、術(shù)后意識障礙1例、復視1例。結(jié)論松果體區(qū)腫瘤需要盡最大的可能明確腫瘤的性質(zhì),促使其治療效果得到明顯的提升。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the therapeutic strategy of pineal region tumor and analyze its therapeutic effect. Methods 58 patients with pineal tumor in our hospital were selected as the main research object. The clinical data and the corresponding treatment experience were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into one group of 29 patients. Results there were 24 cases (80.00%) of total resection, 5 cases (16.70%) of subtotal resection, and 1 case (3.30%) of partial resection. After the operation, 13 cases were short-term urinary avalanche, 9 cases were low-na, 3 cases were retrograde amnesia, 1 case was subdural effusion, 1 case was intracranial infection, 1 case was urinary tract infection, 1 case was subdural effusion, 1 case was intracranial infection, and 1 case was urinary tract infection. One patient was alimentary tract hemorrhage, four patients were obstructive hydrocephalus, two patients were epidural hematoma. There were 1 case of epileptic carbuncle, 1 case of postoperative disturbance of consciousness and 1 case of amblyopia. Conclusion the nature of pineal tumor should be clarified to the maximum extent possible, and the therapeutic effect of pineal tumor should be improved obviously. [WT5 "HZ] conclusion [WT5" BZ]
