局部振動(dòng)對(duì)腦梗死運(yùn)動(dòng)皮質(zhì)的即刻與延遲效應(yīng)
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of vibration on excitability conduction in motor area of cerebral cortex. Methods: 20 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: group A (7 Hz) and group B (amplitude 7mm), group B (14 Hz) and group B (amplitude 7mm). Motor evoked potential (MEP),) was recorded by transcranial magnetic stimulation (MEP),). The latency of MEP cortex and central motor conduction time (CMCT).) in cerebral sensory motor cortex were recorded in two groups before, after and 1 hour after vibration therapy. The latency of MEP cortex and the changes of CMCT were compared before and after treatment. Results: compared with the pre-vibration stimulation, the latency of MEP cortex and CMCT of 7Hz immediately after treatment and 1h after treatment were shortened, but only the CMCT of 1h after treatment was significantly improved (P0.05). In 14Hz group, the cortical latency and CMCT of MEP were significantly different immediately after treatment (P0.05), and the CMCT was also improved after 1h (P0.05). Conclusion: the vibration stimulation of 7Hz and 14Hz can significantly increase the excitability of the injured brain area, and the vibration stimulation of 14Hz is more effective.
