【摘要】：目的總結(jié)分析顱內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的臨床特征、腫瘤來源、手術(shù)治療效果。方法收集江蘇省中醫(yī)院2009年3月至2015年12月收治的顱內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移瘤34例的臨床資料,分別對患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、影像學(xué)特點、原發(fā)腫瘤來源、手術(shù)方法及療效進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果手術(shù)經(jīng)過順利,腫瘤全切20例,大部切除11例,部分切除3例。術(shù)后明確腫瘤來源于肺癌轉(zhuǎn)移20例(58.8%),乳腺癌轉(zhuǎn)移6例(17.6%),消化道腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移5例(14.7%),原發(fā)灶來源不明3例(8.8%)。單發(fā)病灶25例,多發(fā)病灶9例。術(shù)后患者中位生存期11.2個月。結(jié)論手術(shù)對于占位效應(yīng)明顯的顱內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移瘤有益,不僅能明確病因,為后續(xù)治療提供指導(dǎo),而且及時減壓可挽救患者生命,提高生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the clinical features, tumor sources and surgical treatment of intracranial metastatic tumors. Methods the clinical data of 34 patients with intracranial metastatic tumors from March 2009 to December 2015 in Jiangsu Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected. The clinical manifestations, imaging features, source of primary tumors, surgical methods and curative effects were analyzed retrospectively. Results the operation was successful. There were 20 cases of total resection, 11 cases of subtotal resection and 3 cases of partial resection. There were 20 cases (58.8%) with metastasis of lung cancer, 6 cases (17.6%) with metastasis of breast cancer, 5 cases (14.7%) with metastasis of digestive tract tumor and 3 cases (8.8%) with unknown origin of primary tumor. There were 25 cases with single lesions and 9 cases with multiple lesions. The median survival time was 11.2 months. Conclusion surgery is beneficial to intracranial metastatic tumors with obvious space occupying effect. It can not only clarify the etiology and provide guidance for follow-up treatment, but also save the patient's life and improve the quality of life in time for decompression.
