【摘要】：目的 探討在顱內(nèi)血管直徑2.5 mm的動脈中使用LVIS支架輔助栓塞治療顱內(nèi)動脈瘤的安全性及有效性。方法 回顧性分析2014年10月至2016年4月于第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)附屬長海醫(yī)院使用LVIS支架輔助栓塞并且載瘤動脈直徑2.5 mm的所有顱內(nèi)囊狀動脈瘤30例患者的臨床資料,其中破裂動脈瘤7例,未破裂動脈瘤23例;前循環(huán)占93.3%(28例),載瘤動脈直徑為1.6~2.4 mm,平均(2.1±0.2)mm。分析與手術(shù)相關(guān)的并發(fā)癥、DSA及臨床結(jié)果和4~14個月隨訪數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 LVIS支架的置入技術(shù)成功率為100%;即刻栓塞結(jié)果:RaymondⅠ級12例(40.0%),RaymondⅡ級11例(36.7%),RaymondⅢ級7例(23.3%)。2例發(fā)生并發(fā)癥,包括穿支動脈閉塞和術(shù)中破裂各1例。25例患者接受DSA隨訪(RaymondⅠ級21例,Ⅱ級3例、Ⅲ級1例),平均隨訪時間為(8.1±2.6)個月。1例患者發(fā)生支架遠(yuǎn)端的無癥狀載瘤動脈狹窄,無一例出現(xiàn)新的神經(jīng)功能障礙或死亡。結(jié)論 在小血管中使用LVIS支架輔助栓塞治療顱內(nèi)動脈瘤是安全可行的,中期隨訪效果較好。但需要更大樣本的研究及長期隨訪結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LVIS stent in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms with a diameter of 2. 5 mm. Methods from October 2014 to April 2016, 30 patients with intracranial saccular aneurysms who were treated with LVIS stent-assisted embolization with 2.5 mm diameter of aneurysm in Changhai Hospital affiliated to the second military Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.
