【摘要】：目的觀察人腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織中Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6的表達(dá)變化,并探討其意義。方法采用免疫組化SP二步法檢測(cè)55例份腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織和20例份正常腦組織中的Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6。分析腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織中Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6表達(dá)的相關(guān)性,及Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6表達(dá)與腦膠質(zhì)瘤患者臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織中IgG、Gab2、Integrinβ6表達(dá)陽性分別為38(69.0%)、29(52.7%)、45(81.8%)例,正常腦組織中IgG、Gab2、Integrinβ6表達(dá)陽性分別為1(5.0%)、1(5.0%)、0例,腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織中Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6陽性表達(dá)率均高于正常腦組織(P均0.05)。腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織中IgG與Gab2表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.312 4,P0.05㖞,IgG與Integrinβ6表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.398 8,P0.05㖞。腦膠質(zhì)瘤未完整切除者Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6陽性表達(dá)比例高于腫瘤完整切除者,腫瘤直徑5 cm者Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6陽性表達(dá)比例高于直徑≤5 cm者,腫瘤分級(jí)Ⅲ~Ⅳ級(jí)者Gab2、IgG、Integrinβ6陽性表達(dá)比例高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ級(jí)者(P均0.05)。結(jié)論人腦膠質(zhì)瘤組織中IgG、Gab2、Integrinβ6呈高表達(dá),并與腫瘤直徑、腫瘤完整切除情況和腫瘤分級(jí)有關(guān)。IgG、Gab2、Integrinβ6可能協(xié)同參與了腦膠質(zhì)瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 in human glioma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP two-step method was used to detect Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 in 55 cases of glioma and 20 cases of normal brain tissue. The relationship between the expression of Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 and the expression of Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 in gliomas was analyzed. Results the positive rates of IgG,Gab2,Integrin 尾 6 in gliomas were 38 (69.0%), 29 (52.7%) and 45 (81.8%), respectively. The positive expression of IgG,Gab2,Integrin 尾 6 in normal brain tissues was 1 (5.0%). 1 (5.0%), 0 cases, the positive expression rate of Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 in glioma tissue was higher than that in normal brain tissue (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of IgG and Gab2 in glioma tissues (r = 0.312 4) and Integrin 尾 6 (r = 0.398 8 / P 0.05). The positive rate of Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 expression in patients with incomplete resection of gliomas was higher than that in patients with complete resection of tumors. The positive expression rate of Gab2,IgG,Integrin 尾 6 in patients with tumor diameter of 5 cm was higher than that in patients with diameter 鈮，
