【摘要】：鐵的正常代謝是大腦發(fā)揮正常功能的必要因素。近年研究發(fā)現(xiàn),腦內(nèi)鐵的代謝紊亂在阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病等神經(jīng)退行性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用。本文對腦內(nèi)鐵正常和異常代謝調(diào)節(jié)情況及其與神經(jīng)退行性疾病的關(guān)系做一綜述。
[Abstract]:The normal metabolism of iron is an essential factor for the normal functioning of the brain. In recent years, it has been found that iron metabolism disorder in brain plays an important role in the development of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. This article reviews the regulation of normal and abnormal iron metabolism in brain and its relationship with neurodegenerative diseases.
