【摘要】:正近年來,干細胞成為再生醫(yī)學領(lǐng)域的研究熱點。在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病相關(guān)的再生醫(yī)學研究中,研究者們逐漸發(fā)現(xiàn)成體神經(jīng)干細胞(adult neural stem cells,aNSCs)在成體神經(jīng)發(fā)生(neurogenesis)、腦組織損傷修復(fù)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)退行性疾病的細胞治療等方面具有重要的研究及潛在應(yīng)用價值。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)容易受到多種自身因素或環(huán)境因素的影響發(fā)生神經(jīng)細胞
[Abstract]:In recent years, stem cells have become a research hotspot in regenerative medicine. In regenerative medicine related to central nervous system diseases, researchers have gradually found that adult neural stem cells (adult neural stem cells,aNSCs) have (neurogenesis), brain tissue damage and repair in adult nerves. The cell therapy of neurodegenerative diseases has important research and potential application value. The nervous system is susceptible to the development of nerve cells by multiple self-or environmental factors
