【摘要】：目的探討氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片(黛力新)聯(lián)合鹽酸帕羅西汀治療腦卒中后抑郁癥的臨床效果。方法選取我院收治的腦卒中后抑郁癥患者124例,隨機(jī)分成觀察組和對(duì)照組,各62例。兩組均行腦卒中常規(guī)治療,觀察組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用黛力新聯(lián)合鹽酸帕羅西汀治療,對(duì)照組單純應(yīng)用黛力新治療。連續(xù)治療28d后,對(duì)比兩組漢密頓抑郁量表評(píng)分(HAMD)、日常生活能力評(píng)分(ADL)和患者的治療有效率和依從性。結(jié)果治療前,兩組各項(xiàng)評(píng)分無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;治療后,觀察組HAMD評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組、ADL評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組,觀察組治療有效率為96.88%明顯高于對(duì)照組的81.67%;臨床治療依從性為95.31%明顯高于對(duì)照組的60.00%,兩組各項(xiàng)評(píng)分比較均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論氟哌噻噸美利曲辛片聯(lián)合鹽酸帕羅西汀治療腦卒中后抑郁癥,可明顯緩解抑郁癥狀,提高患者治療依從性和生活質(zhì)量,不良反應(yīng)少,用藥安全,比單純應(yīng)用黛力新治療,效果更好,可臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of droperazothioate meritriaxine tablets (Delixin) combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 124 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were treated with routine stroke therapy, the observation group was treated with Delixine combined with paroxetine hydrochloride on the basis of routine treatment, and the control group was treated with Delycin alone. After 28 days of continuous treatment, the efficacy and compliance of the two groups were compared with the Hamilton Depression scale score (HAMD), the ADL score (ADL) and the effective rate of treatment. Results before treatment, there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups (P0.05; After treatment, the HAMD score and ADL score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the effective rate in the observation group was 96.88% higher than that in the control group (81.67%). The clinical treatment compliance was 95.31% significantly higher than that of the control group (60.005%). The scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of post-stroke depression with droperazothioate metriaxine hydrochloride combined with paroxetine hydrochloride can significantly relieve the depression symptoms, improve the compliance and quality of life of the patients, have fewer adverse reactions, and is safer than that of the simple treatment of Delixine in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression. The effect is better and can be popularized in clinic.
