【摘要】：目的:研究運動訓練對腦梗死急性期大鼠神經(jīng)功能恢復及梗死邊緣區(qū)皮質(zhì)神經(jīng)細胞自噬及凋亡的影響。方法:建立大腦中動脈閉塞再灌注模型,并分成運動訓練組、對照組和假手術(shù)組。運動訓練組大鼠給予運動訓練;對照組與假手術(shù)組則不予以任何針對性訓練。造模術(shù)后第3、7、14d采用改良神經(jīng)損傷程度評分(mNSS)對各組大鼠進行功能評估,同時以尼氏染色法測量腦梗死體積,免疫熒光方法觀察梗死邊緣區(qū)皮質(zhì)自噬標志物LC3-Ⅱ及凋亡標志物TUNEL的表達情況。結(jié)果:造模術(shù)后14d運動訓練組大鼠mNSS及腦梗死體積均優(yōu)于對照組,差別具有顯著性意義(P0.05)。運動訓練組大鼠梗死邊緣區(qū)皮質(zhì)LC3-Ⅱ陽性細胞數(shù)在造模后14d少于對照組(P0.05)。相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示LC3-Ⅱ陽性細胞數(shù)與mNSS(r=0.901,P0.001)及梗死體積(r=0.832,P0.001)成正相關(guān)。TUNEL陽性細胞數(shù)在造模后7、14d均少于對照組(P0.001),且44.6%的LC3-Ⅱ與TUNEL存在共定位。結(jié)論:運動訓練能夠促進腦梗死急性期大鼠神經(jīng)功能恢復,其機制可能與其減少梗死邊緣區(qū)神經(jīng)細胞自噬及凋亡有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of exercise training on the recovery of neural function and the autophagy and apoptosis of cortical neurons in the acute phase of cerebral infarction in rats. Methods: middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion model was established and divided into exercise training group, control group and sham operation group.
