【摘要】：目的觀察瞬目反射(BR)和腦干聽(tīng)覺(jué)誘發(fā)電位(BAEP)在意識(shí)障礙患者中的變化特征,探討其對(duì)意識(shí)障礙患者腦干功能的評(píng)估作用。方法 2015年1月至12月,31例意識(shí)障礙患者行BR、BAEP檢查,同時(shí)進(jìn)行Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)評(píng)分。1個(gè)月后進(jìn)行預(yù)后判斷。結(jié)果 BAEP、BR分級(jí)與GCS評(píng)分均呈正相關(guān)(r≥0.562,P0.05)。BAEP、BR各級(jí)預(yù)后有非常顯著性差異(χ2=9.644,P0.01)。結(jié)論 BAEP、BR檢查方便易行,能敏感地反映腦干功能,并能反映腦干不同傳導(dǎo)通路,兩者聯(lián)合檢查能更加客觀地為預(yù)后評(píng)定提供可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of blink reflex (BR) and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in patients with consciousness disorder and to evaluate the function of brainstem.
