【摘要】：目的:研究"形神共養(yǎng)"對(duì)腦缺血大鼠行為學(xué)恢復(fù)及神經(jīng)絲蛋白(NF)、突觸素(SYN)表達(dá)的影響。方法:制作線栓法大鼠腦缺血模型(MCAO),隨機(jī)分為"形養(yǎng)"組、"神養(yǎng)"組、"形神共養(yǎng)"組、"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)"組及假手術(shù)組。術(shù)后第3、10、17、24、30天進(jìn)行平衡木行走試驗(yàn)及傾斜板試驗(yàn),干預(yù)結(jié)束后進(jìn)行免疫組織化學(xué)檢測(cè)大鼠梗死周圍皮質(zhì)及海馬區(qū)NF、SYN的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:平衡木行走試驗(yàn)和傾斜板試驗(yàn):三個(gè)治療組大鼠評(píng)分均優(yōu)于"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)"組(P0.05)。免疫組化檢測(cè):"形養(yǎng)"、"神養(yǎng)"、"形神共養(yǎng)"組大鼠梗死周圍皮質(zhì)及海馬區(qū)NF、SYN表達(dá)均高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)組,"形神共養(yǎng)"組表達(dá)高于其他兩組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:"形神共養(yǎng)"的豐富生存環(huán)境可促進(jìn)腦缺血大鼠行為學(xué)恢復(fù),其機(jī)制可能與促進(jìn)NF及SYN的表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of "form and mind co-nourishment" on behavioral recovery and expression of neurofilament protein (NF), synaptophysin (SYN) in rats with cerebral ischemia. Methods: (MCAO), was randomly divided into three groups: "form nourishing" group, "spirit nourishing" group, "form and spirit co-nourishing" group, "standard nourishing" group and sham operation group. The balance beam walking test and tilt plate test were carried out on the 30th day after operation. After the intervention, the expression of NF,SYN in the cortex and hippocampus around the infarction was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: balance beam walking test and tilting plate test: the scores of the three treatment groups were better than those of the "standard nourishing" group (P0.05). Immunohistochemical examination showed that the expression of NF,SYN in cortex and hippocampus of rats in the group of "form nourishing", "spirit nourishing" and "form and spirit co-nourishing" was higher than that of the standard group, and the expression of NF,SYN in the group of "form and spirit co-nourishing" was higher than that of the other two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the rich living environment of "form and spirit co-nourishing" can promote the recovery of behavior in rats with cerebral ischemia, and its mechanism may be related to promoting the expression of NF and SYN.
