【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的上升以及腦科學(xué)研究手段的日益完善,對(duì)各種疾病的研究受到了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。論文分別對(duì)腦微出血疾病和反社會(huì)人格障礙進(jìn)行了分析研究。對(duì)腦微出血疾病的研究,采用基于纖維束的空間統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,分析有腦微出血個(gè)體和無(wú)腦微出血個(gè)體的彌散張量圖像,找出他們之間的結(jié)構(gòu)差異。結(jié)果顯示,腦微出血主要損傷右側(cè)神經(jīng)纖維。對(duì)反社會(huì)人格障礙人群的研究主要是采用局部一致性的方法,分析反社會(huì)人格障礙人群和健康人群的靜息態(tài)功能磁共振數(shù)據(jù),找出患者大腦異�；顒�(dòng)區(qū)域,并根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的異�；顒�(dòng)模式,運(yùn)用模式分類方法評(píng)估其是否可以作為反社會(huì)人格障礙的生理標(biāo)識(shí)。結(jié)果顯示,與健康對(duì)照相比,反社會(huì)人格障礙人群主要在右小腦后葉、右腦額葉、枕葉和左腦顳葉的部分區(qū)域存在局部一致性異�；顒�(dòng)。根據(jù)這一異常模式所做的分類表明,這一活動(dòng)模型可以很好的區(qū)分反社會(huì)人格障礙個(gè)體和健康個(gè)體。因此,論文將增進(jìn)對(duì)腦微出血疾病和反社會(huì)人格障礙神經(jīng)病理機(jī)制的認(rèn)知,為這種兩種疾病的臨床早期診斷和治療提供一些重要參考信息。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the improvement of the research methods of brain science, more and more attention has been paid to the research of various diseases. In this paper, microhemorrhage disease and antisocial personality disorder were studied. The spatial statistical method based on fiber bundle was used to analyze the diffused Zhang Liang images of individuals with and without intracerebral microhaemorrhage and to find out the structural differences between them. The results showed that cerebral microhemorrhage mainly damaged the right nerve fibers. The study of antisocial personality disorder is mainly to use the method of local consistency to analyze the resting functional magnetic resonance data of the antisocial personality disorder and healthy people, and to find out the abnormal regions of brain activity of the patients. According to the abnormal activity pattern found, the model classification method is used to evaluate whether it can be used as a physiological marker of antisocial personality disorder. The results showed that some areas of antisocial personality disorder in the posterior lobe of the right cerebellum, frontal lobe, occipital lobe and left temporal lobe of the right cerebellum showed abnormal activities. According to the classification of the abnormal model, the activity model can distinguish the antisocial personality disorder individuals from the healthy individuals. Therefore, this paper will enhance the understanding of the neuropathic mechanism of cerebral microhemorrhage and antisocial personality disorder, and provide some important reference information for the early diagnosis and treatment of these two diseases.
