【摘要】：目的探討背椅訓(xùn)練(CSE項(xiàng)目)對輕型腦卒中患者運(yùn)動(dòng)效能及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法 89例輕型腦卒中患者按隨機(jī)對照原則分為干預(yù)組與對照組,對干預(yù)組患者實(shí)施CSE項(xiàng)目,對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)肢體牽拉訓(xùn)練。比較干預(yù)前后兩組患者運(yùn)動(dòng)效能、CSE最大耐受時(shí)間及Barthel指數(shù)改善情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)后24 w,干預(yù)組患者運(yùn)動(dòng)效能總分及部分條目、Barthel指數(shù)總分及日常功能級(jí)別分布、CSE最大耐受時(shí)間均較干預(yù)前顯著改善(P0.05);而對照組無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CSE項(xiàng)目可提高輕型腦卒中患者運(yùn)動(dòng)信念,進(jìn)而提高運(yùn)動(dòng)依從性,改善運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力及生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of back chair training (CSE) on motor efficacy and quality of life in patients with mild stroke. Methods Eighty-nine patients with mild stroke were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the principle of random control. The patients in the intervention group were treated with CSE item and the control group received routine limb traction training. Motor efficacy, CSE tolerance time and Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results 24 weeks after intervention, the total score and some items of motor efficacy, the total score of Barthel index and the distribution of daily function grade, the maximum tolerance time of CSE were significantly improved in the intervention group (P0.05). The control group had no statistical difference (P0.05). Conclusion CSE project can improve exercise belief, exercise compliance, exercise endurance and quality of life in patients with mild stroke.
