腦血管病易發(fā)年齡段人群頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈三維重建及管徑、角度的測(cè)量
[Abstract]:Objective to measure and analyze the diameter and angle of the internal carotid artery in the healthy population of cerebrovascular disease prone age, and to provide an important reference for clinical practice. Methods Intra-carotid artery angle and diameter were measured in 191 patients over 50 years of age without internal carotid artery disease, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results there was no significant gender difference in the diameter of the internal carotid artery (P0.05). The diameter of internal carotid artery showed no significant difference except C2 and C4C5 and C6 (P0.05). The results showed that the difference between cavernous sinus segment and clinoid process segment (C4-C5) was the largest (F28.193 P 0.05) in the two adjacent segments of the internal carotid artery. In angle measurement, the male internal carotid artery had no significant difference except siphon curvature and carotid canal curvature, cavernous sinus segment bending and carotid artery internal orifice bending, and superior cervical curvature and inferior cervical curvature angle (P0.05). There were significant differences between the other angles (FF30. 168); The results of angle of female internal carotid artery showed that there was no significant difference between cavernous sinus segment bending and carotid artery internal orifice bending, and there was no significant difference between superior cervical segment curvature and inferior cervical segment angle (P0.05), but there were significant differences among other angles (F _ (30.168), P _ (0.05), P < 0.05). P0.05). Conclusion the diameter of the internal carotid artery gradually becomes thinner during the course of the internal carotid artery, and the siphon angle of the internal carotid artery is the least among all the angles of the internal carotid artery walking, which indicates that the internal carotid artery is the predilection site of atherosclerosis.
