前循環(huán)腦梗死患者血清PLGF水平與頸動(dòng)脈粥樣斑塊超聲特征的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】：目的通過對(duì)頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈系腦梗死患者進(jìn)行頸動(dòng)脈彩超檢查,結(jié)合檢測(cè)胎盤生長因子(PLGF)水平,探尋頸動(dòng)脈易損斑塊的敏感生物學(xué)標(biāo)志物。方法根據(jù)頸動(dòng)脈超聲檢查情況分為無斑塊組、穩(wěn)定斑塊組、不穩(wěn)定斑塊組。對(duì)照組為年齡、性別與腦梗死組相匹配的同期住院的非腦血管病患者58例。所有研究對(duì)象均采用固相夾心法酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)(ELISA)測(cè)定血清PLGF,并進(jìn)行頸動(dòng)脈超聲檢查和卒中危險(xiǎn)因素的測(cè)定,資料中數(shù)據(jù)均應(yīng)用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 (1)腦梗死組PLGF水平高于對(duì)照組,CAS斑塊總檢出率及不穩(wěn)定斑塊檢出率高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)不穩(wěn)定斑塊組PLGF水平高于穩(wěn)定斑塊組和無斑塊組(P0.05);結(jié)論 (1)急性腦梗死患者PLGF水平增高,提示PLGF參與了腦梗死的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程;(2)急性腦梗死患者不穩(wěn)定斑塊組PLGF水平高于穩(wěn)定斑塊組和無斑塊組,提示PLGF水平越高,CAS斑塊的穩(wěn)定性越差,PLGF可作為頸動(dòng)脈易損斑塊的敏感生物學(xué)標(biāo)志物來評(píng)估頸動(dòng)脈病變的嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the sensitive biomarkers of carotid artery vulnerable plaques by detecting the level of placental growth factor (PLGF) by color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with cerebral infarction of internal carotid artery. Methods according to carotid ultrasound examination, the patients were divided into three groups: no plaque group, stable plaque group and unstable plaque group. The control group consisted of 58 non-cerebrovascular disease patients who were matched by age, sex and cerebral infarction group. Serum PLGF, was determined by solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), carotid ultrasound and risk factors of stroke were determined. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results (1) the level of PLGF in the cerebral infarction group was higher than that in the control group, and the total detection rate of CAS plaque and the detection rate of unstable plaque were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). (2) the level of PLGF in unstable plaque group was higher than that in stable plaque group and no plaque group (P0.05). Conclusion (1) the level of PLGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction is increased, indicating that PLGF is involved in the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction. (2) the level of PLGF in unstable plaque group was higher than that in stable plaque group and no plaque group, suggesting that the higher the level of PLGF, the worse the stability of CAS plaque. PLGF can be used as a sensitive biomarker to evaluate the severity of carotid artery lesions.
