【摘要】：目的 :探討用尤瑞克林與丁苯肽治療大面積腦梗死的臨床效果。方法 :將我院收治的100例大面積腦梗死患者作為本次研究的對象。按照治療方法的不同,將這100例患者分為常規(guī)組(49例)和研究組(51例)。對常規(guī)組患者進行常規(guī)治療,對研究組患者在進行常規(guī)治療的基礎上加用尤瑞克林與丁苯肽進行治療,然后比較兩組患者治療的總有效率、病死率、NIHSS評分、ADL評分及其不良反應的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 :(1)經(jīng)治療,研究組患者治療的總有效率明顯高于常規(guī)組患者,其病死率明顯低于常規(guī)組患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。(2)經(jīng)治療,研究組患者的NIHSS評分明顯低于常規(guī)組患者,其ADL評分明顯高于常規(guī)組患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。(3)兩組患者不良反應的發(fā)生率相比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :臨床上在對大面積腦梗死患者進行常規(guī)治療的同時,加用尤瑞克林與丁苯肽對其進行治療的效果顯著,能有效地提高其治療的效果,降低其死亡率,且用藥較為安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of eurexine and butadiene peptide in the treatment of large area cerebral infarction. Methods: 100 patients with large-area cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. According to the different treatment methods, the 100 patients were divided into routine group (49 cases) and study group (51 cases). The patients in the routine group were treated with routine therapy, and the patients in the study group were treated with eurexine and butadiene peptide on the basis of routine treatment. The total effective rate, mortality and NIHSS score were compared between the two groups. ADL score and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: (1) after treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group, and the mortality was significantly lower than that of the routine group (P0.05). (2). The NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the routine group, and the ADL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (3). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: in addition to routine treatment of patients with large area cerebral infarction, the effect of Urikline and butadieneptide is remarkable, which can effectively improve the effect of treatment and reduce the mortality of patients with cerebral infarction, and it is safe to use drugs.
