有氧聯(lián)合抗阻運動對老年腦梗死患者的影響

【摘要】:目的探討有氧聯(lián)合抗阻運動對老年腦梗死患者的影響。方法選取南陽市中心醫(yī)院收治的腦梗死老年患者80例作為研究對象,隨機分為對照組和研究組各40例。對照組采用有氧運動,研究組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合抗阻運動。觀察兩組患者自主神經(jīng)功能情況。結(jié)果兩組患者心率變異性指標總功率(TP)、高頻功率(HF)及歸一化高頻功率(HFn)均較干預(yù)前升高,研究組高于對照組;低頻功率(LF)、歸一化低頻功率(LFn)及LF/HF均較干預(yù)前下降,研究組低于對照組;兩組患者血壓變異性指標TP、HF、HFn、LF及LFn均較干預(yù)前降低,研究組低于對照組;干預(yù)后研究組低頻壓力反射敏感性高于對照組。結(jié)論有氧聯(lián)合抗阻運動可有效調(diào)節(jié)老年腦梗死患者交感神經(jīng)以及迷走神經(jīng)張力,使心血管自主神經(jīng)功能趨于平衡。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of aerobic combined resistance exercise on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 40) and study group (n = 40). The control group used aerobic exercise, the study group combined with resistance exercise on the basis of the control group. The autonomic nervous function of the two groups was observed. Results the heart rate variability index total power (TP), high frequency power (HF) and normalized high frequency power (HFn) in both groups were higher than those before intervention and higher in the study group than in the control group. The normalized low frequency power (LFn) and LF/HF of low frequency power (LF), were lower than those of the control group, the blood pressure variability indexes TP,HF,HFn,LF and LFn of the two groups were lower than those of the control group, and the blood pressure variability indexes of the two groups were lower than those of the control group. After intervention, the sensitivity of low frequency baroreflex in the study group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion aerobic combined with resistance exercise can effectively regulate the tension of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and balance the function of cardiovascular autonomic nerve.
