【摘要】：[目的]觀察綜合康復(fù)治療結(jié)合子午流注低頻治療儀對(duì)腦卒中偏癱患者肢體功能的影響。[方法]選取2012年5月—2015年5月在中國(guó)康復(fù)研究中心北京博愛醫(yī)院住院治療的腦卒中患者60例,將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組(各30例),兩組均給予肢體綜合康復(fù)治療[運(yùn)動(dòng)療法(PT)、作業(yè)療法(OT)、針灸治療],治療組在綜合康復(fù)治療同時(shí)結(jié)合使用子午流注低頻治療儀,根據(jù)患者就診時(shí)間段選取相應(yīng)的開穴進(jìn)行治療,共治療2個(gè)月。采用美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生院卒中評(píng)分量表(NIHSS)、簡(jiǎn)化Fugl-Meyer運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分法、改良的Ashworth、Berg平衡量表進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)。[結(jié)果]NIHSS神經(jīng)功能評(píng)分、改良的Ashworth評(píng)分、Berg平衡功能:治療1個(gè)月后治療組與對(duì)照組無顯著性差異,治療2個(gè)月后兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Fugl-Meyer運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評(píng)分在治療1個(gè)月和治療2個(gè)月后治療組與對(duì)照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]腦卒中偏癱患者肢體綜合康復(fù)治療的同時(shí)結(jié)合子午流注低頻治療儀可有效地改善腦卒中偏癱患者的神經(jīng)功能缺損程度、平衡功能,增加肌張力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with low frequency meridian flow therapy on limb function of stroke hemiplegic patients. [methods] from May 2012 to May 2015, 60 stroke patients who were hospitalized in Beijing Boai Hospital, China Rehabilitation Research Center, were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Both groups were given comprehensive rehabilitation of limbs [exercise therapy, (PT), operation therapy, (OT), acupuncture treatment]. The treatment group was treated with the combination of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy and low frequency meridian flow therapy instrument. The patients were treated with open points for 2 months. The stroke score scale (NIHSS),) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) was used to simplify the Fugl-Meyer motor function score and the modified Ashworth,Berg balance scale was used to evaluate the curative effect. [results] NIHSS neurological function score, modified Ashworth score and Berg balance function: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after one month of treatment. After 2 months of treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer motor function score between the treatment group and the control group after 1 month treatment and 2 months treatment (P0.05). [conclusion] the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia patients with stroke combined with the low frequency meridian flow therapy instrument can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficit, balance function and increase muscle tension in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
