Notch1通路與膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞管道形成能力相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the formation mechanism of (glioma clls derived vessels,GCDV in glioma cells. Methods Glioma cell line U87U251U373F295T98GNSKMG-4 and C6 were cultured in vitro, and the expression of Notch1,Dll4 protein in each glioma cell line was detected by. Western blot. Results the average number of tubes (25.2 鹵5.0), U373 (36.4 鹵3.20), U87 (19.0 鹵2.2), T98G (12.6 鹵2.4) and SF295 (4.0 鹵2. 2) in a single field of view were (25.2 鹵5.0), (36.4 鹵3.20), (19.0 鹵2.2), (12.6 鹵2.4) and (4.0 鹵2. 2) respectively. The correlation densities of U251, U251 and 0.Notch1 in U87U U251U T98GU SF295N SKMG-4, C6U U373 were 0.34, 0.21, 0.79, 0.04, 0.280.28 and 1.751.19, respectively, which were significantly correlated with the ability of pipeline formation (r = 0.778, P < 0.05), and the correlation densities of the expression of U251 and 0.Notch1 were 0.34, 0.21, 0.79, 0.04, 0.28 and 1.751.19, respectively. P0. 019); There was no correlation between the density of Dll4 expression and the ability of pipeline formation (r = 0.635P0. 062). Conclusion the expression of Notch1 protein is closely related to the ability of the cell line to form the conduit, while the expression of Dll4 protein and the ability of the cell line to form the conduit need to be further explored.
