【摘要】：目的觀察缺氧缺血性腦病(HIE)新生兒血清尿酸(UA)、胱抑素(Cys C)水平變化,分析二者與新生兒神經(jīng)行為評(píng)估(NBNA)分值的相關(guān)性并探討其意義。方法選擇132例HIE患兒為觀察組,在其急性期、恢復(fù)期采用雙抗體夾心ELISA法檢測(cè)血清UA、Cys C水平,同時(shí)行新生兒行為神經(jīng)測(cè)定(NBNA)評(píng)分。另選擇50例健康新生兒為對(duì)照組,在出生后3 d同法檢測(cè)其血清UA、Cys C水平并進(jìn)行NBNA評(píng)分。比較觀察組患兒急性期、恢復(fù)期及對(duì)照組患兒血清UA、Cys C水平。采用Pearson積矩相關(guān)分析法分析觀察組患兒急性期、恢復(fù)期血清UA、Cys C水平與NBNA的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果觀察組患兒急性期、恢復(fù)期血清UA、Cys C水平高于對(duì)照組新生兒出生后3 d(P均0.05),NBNA評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組新生兒出生后3 d(P均0.05)。觀察組患兒恢復(fù)期血清UA、Cys C水平低于急性期(P均0.05),NBNA評(píng)分高于急性期(P0.05)。Pearson積矩相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示觀察組患兒急性期血清UA、Cys C水平與NBNA評(píng)分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,r分別為-0.792、-0.816,P均0.05;恢復(fù)期血清UA、Cys C水平與NBNA評(píng)分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,r分別為-0.809、-0.817,P均0.05。。結(jié)論 HIE患兒急性期、恢復(fù)期血清UA、Cys C水平均較健康新生兒升高,且急性期高于恢復(fù)期。HIE患兒急性期、恢復(fù)期血清UA、Cys C水平與NBNA評(píng)分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。檢測(cè)HIE患兒血清UA、Cys C水平有助于評(píng)估HIE患兒神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum (UA), cystatin (Cys C) level in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and to analyze the relationship between the level of serum uric acid (UA), (Cys C) and neurobehavioral evaluation (NBNA) score of neonates, and to explore their significance. Methods 132 children with HIE were selected as the observation group. The serum UA,Cys C level was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA method in the acute and convalescent stage. Meanwhile, the neonatal behavioral nerve was assessed with (NBNA) score. In addition, 50 healthy newborns were selected as control group. The serum UA,Cys C level and NBNA score were measured with the same method 3 days after birth. The levels of serum UA,Cys C in acute, convalescent and control groups were compared. The correlation between serum UA,Cys C and NBNA was analyzed by Pearson moment correlation analysis. Results the levels of serum UA,Cys C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the acute and convalescent stages. The), NBNA scores of 3 d (P after birth were lower than those in the control group (0. 05), NBNA). The serum UA,Cys C level in the observation group was lower than that in the acute phase (P < 0. 05). The). Pearson moment correlation analysis showed that the serum UA, level in the observation group was higher than that in the acute phase (P0.05). There was a negative correlation between Cys C level and NBNA score (r = -0.792- 0.816) (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between serum UA,Cys C level and NBNA score in convalescent stage, r = -0.809 ~ -0.817 (P < 0.05). Conclusion the levels of serum UA,Cys C in children with HIE were significantly higher than those in healthy neonates in acute and convalescent stages, and were significantly higher in acute stage than in convalescence stage, and there was a negative correlation between serum UA,Cys C level and NBNA score in acute stage and convalescence stage of HIE children. The level of serum UA,Cys C in children with HIE is helpful to evaluate the nervous system function of HIE children.
