【摘要】：目的探討辛伐他汀片聯(lián)合抗栓膠囊在治療腦梗死中的臨床療效及價(jià)值。方法選取我院90例腦梗死患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組給予抗栓膠囊治療,研究組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合辛伐他汀片治療,分別記錄兩組患者治療后的總有效率,治療前、治療后血脂水平及炎性因子水平,比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果治療6個(gè)月后,研究組有效率為91.1%,對(duì)照組為73.3%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;兩組患者治療后低密度脂蛋白(LDL),甘油三脂(TG),總膽固醇(TC)及高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)均明顯降低,研究組變化幅度高于對(duì)照組,差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;HDL無(wú)明顯改變,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論辛伐他汀片聯(lián)合抗栓膠囊可減少腦�；颊叩膹�(fù)發(fā),降低血脂,有效預(yù)防其他并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,耐受性好,有效延緩病情,改善預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and value of simvastatin tablet combined with anti-thrombus capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with anti-thrombus capsule and the study group was treated with simvastatin tablet on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was recorded before and after treatment. After treatment, the level of blood lipid and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results after 6 months of treatment, the effective rate of the study group was 91.1 and that of the control group was 73.3, the difference was statistically significant, the total cholesterol (TC) and Gao Min C-reactive protein (CRP) of low density lipoprotein (LDL),) triglyceride (TG), and Gao Min C reactive protein (CRP) were significantly decreased after treatment. The range of changes in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant, and the HDL had no significant change, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Simvastatin tablets combined with Kangshuan capsule can reduce the recurrence of cerebral infarction patients, reduce blood lipid, prevent other complications, have good tolerance, delay the condition and improve the prognosis.
