高頻超聲在復合性區(qū)域疼痛綜合征患者肱二頭肌長頭肌腱及肱骨結節(jié)間溝的臨床應用

【摘要】:目的探討高頻超聲對偏癱繼發(fā)復合性區(qū)域疼痛綜合征患者肱二頭肌長頭肌腱、肱骨結節(jié)間溝在病程變化檢測中的臨床應用。方法 2013年2月至2015年10月,對本院55例偏癱繼發(fā)復合性區(qū)域疼痛綜合征患者健、患側肩部肱二頭肌長頭肌腱厚度、橫截面積以及肱骨結節(jié)間溝寬度、深度進行測量,并隨著臨床分期進展進行對照研究。結果健側與患側相比,肱二頭肌長頭肌腱的厚度、橫截面積以及結節(jié)間溝的寬度、深度在Ⅰ期無顯著性差異(P0.05),在Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期時患側均小于健側(t2.055,P0.05)。結論高頻超聲能清晰顯示偏癱繼發(fā)復合性區(qū)域疼痛綜合征患者的肱二頭肌長頭肌腱、肱骨結節(jié)間溝,并檢測到二者在形態(tài)學上的變化,可以為康復治療提供指導。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in the detection of long head tendon and intertuberous sulcus of humerus in patients with secondary complex regional pain syndrome of hemiplegia.
