探討TNF-α在痙攣型腦癱中的異常表達(dá)及其臨床意義
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor 偽 overexpression in spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 27 cases of spastic cerebral palsy of young age and 27 cases of old spastic cerebral palsy were selected as observation group, and 14 cases of young age and 14 cases of old normal children in control group were set up at the same time. The peripheral venous blood was extracted from all the children at 3 ml. The patients in the observation group were evaluated with (GMFCS) and (ADL) of gross motor function grading system. After 6 months of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the ADL was re-evaluated. Serum TNF- 偽 levels were measured by ELISA method. The TNF- 偽 levels in children with cerebral palsy and normal children of different age groups were compared, and the correlation between TNF- 偽 level and GMFCS grade and the improvement of ADL were analyzed. Use the SPSS13.0 statistical software to carry on the statistical analysis to the data. Results the serum TNF- 偽 of the young and older children with spastic cerebral palsy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 01). The level of serum TNF- 偽 in children with spastic cerebral palsy was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0. 01), but there was no significant difference in serum TNF- 偽 between normal children and normal children in control group (P < 0. 01). The levels of serum TNF- 偽 in patients with spastic cerebral palsy were significantly higher than those in normal children (P < 0. 01), and there was no significant correlation between the level of serum TNF- 偽 and the degree of dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy. However, the level of serum TNF- 偽 in children with spastic diplegia and polyplegia was significantly correlated with the degree of dysfunction. At the same time, serum TNF- 偽 was significantly correlated with the improvement of ADL after 6 months rehabilitation training in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Conclusion TNF- 偽 is continuously overexpressed in children with spastic cerebral palsy, which is involved in the subsequent cerebral injury of cerebral palsy, and the level of serum TNF- 偽 in children with spastic diplegia and polyplegia is significantly correlated with the degree of dysfunction. The level of serum TNF- 偽 in children with spastic cerebral palsy was significantly correlated with the improvement of ADL after 6 months rehabilitation training. Serum TNF- 偽 might be one of the indexes to evaluate the severity of spastic cerebral palsy.
